Scott, just FYI - I've had the exact same experience with KMP / FineDayShop. While I have
successfully received a few orders from them, twice I've had the experience of placing an
order, getting a tracking number, the tracking number never showing any activity on the
EMS / Korea Post website (though the USPS site will say a label was created - and that's
all it will ever say). Then cue a string of polite, but futile back and forth emails, where they
have ALL KINDS of explanations about Customs, etc - they even once said that U.S.
Customs sent the item back to them. But when I made it 100% clear that the tracking gave
no indication of the item even leaving a post office in South Korea, let alone leaving the
country, then they offer a refund (and conspicuously stop claiming the item is on its way...
while never admitting that it's actually not). I feel like, as an ebay seller, they're "borrowing"
money from me for a few weeks, then returning it. Which might have some credibility -
because I notice that these phantom items are not listed on their AliExpress store... Unlike
Ebay, AliExpress holds & does not release money to a seller unless the buyer confirms /
shipping confirms that the buyer received the order.
