2008 dodge magnum won't start

My 2008 dodge magnum won't start after turning the key. After the key is turned it does
three loud long beeps before it quiet's back down to nothing.. Oh and it has full power..

I have a Dodge Magnum 2008 last winter it would not have heat it would have a lightning bolt come on that would have to pull over and turn it off and turn it back on and it never done it in the summer time but it's starting itagain since it has been raining out side and my check engine lights on could this be something to do with my ignition recall or could it be something else

Probably a weak battery. Had enough juice to survive the summer, but the cold is just too much for it.
