Windshield washer fluid motor

Fuse for power doors locks was blown..
replaced it and the windsheild washer motor
turns on and stays on.. even with key out of
ignition and vehicle is off

I have the problem of the key fab and the door panels will unlock the Jeep on my 09 liberty but won’t lock them. Changes the blown fuse and still doesn’t work. Also noticed the front sprayers won’t work but the back will. Would love an answer to this mystery
