No Unless chain has very high miles on it and it caused damage to sensor. Slapping around inside of motor. Good luck.

If the chain does not rattle, leave it alone. To extend the life of the engine and chain stay on top of your oil changes/

Thanks how can you tell if the chain rattling , I have a oil leak , try and keep the oil changed and checked

90k not a lot of miles. Just change sensor. I very much doubt chain has a rattle. Good luck!

Listen to the engine, rev it up a little and then let off on the gas, a rattle will be obvious.
