Why do my car shakes and won't let me go over 60 until I let go my gas

Around 40 mph it drive fine then going pass 40 mph
around 60 mph its started to shake n won't let me
go until I let go the gas couple time... please help
me is it my spark plug

If the Check Engine Light is on have the codes read.

Have you ever had a "wheel alignment" how is the steering - does it pull when you let go?
