08 durango overheating

Hi I am having an issue with my Durango
overheating. I have replaced the thermostat,
coolant temp sensor, radiator cap, the clutch fan,
and the water pump and my vehicle is still
overheating. Any suggestions??

Clean out radiator with garden hose and nozzle maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils of radiator.
