Loss of ppwer break pedal got hard

While driving, all of the sudden i felt my
break pedal becoming hard to press and
car started losing power. I parked on the
side of the road, turned it of and when i
turned it back on, my shifter wouldn't
move at all. Please assist if you have any
idea what causes that to happened.

for this kind of fault happens in a car.all u need to do is to diagonise the car and find the problem,instead of try and error.
