How can I check my emails from 12/2021

Need to track the person who bought my car in
December 2021. Apparently he has not put the car in
his name. Got a red light for none stop. ( ticket ) I have
his information on the old email

I'm assuming this is from a traffic light camera. The person's face should be in the picture along with the license plate, which you should have turned in to DMV when you sold the vehicle unless in your State the plates go with the vehicle. If the face can't be seen in the picture you have to prove you sold the vehicle. Old emails aren't going to do that! If the police department won't talk to you, go to court with your attorney! When you win sue the police department to recover your attorney's fees. That's what I'd do. Hope that helps! Jim
