can i drive my lincoln navigator with the air suspension out?

No. A broken air ride will make your truck bounce way to much and not safe to handle. Now if you get rid of the Air suspension with spring and coils yes it will be fine. I had a spacer put on my rear springs for additional height with no sagging.
