"Bulb failure position light" I can not find any information about how to access or change this bulb?

I hae been trying to figure out how to reach this light to replace it. It is the light that is
positioned on the front passenger side and is located in the amber lens. Thanks in
advance for your assistance.

Thanks. I started at the manual and it was not helpful. It seems to show the whole light removed. It does not tell me how to remove the housing from the car body, if this is what I'm supposed to do. If it is supposed to stay in tact then how do I access it. The area to gain access is too small for anyone's hands.
It states to remove the radiator pipe from box. Remove filler pipe screws. Puller filler pipe straight up and remove vent hose to gain access. Page 205
