my 2008 charger cranks but won't start it sound like a fan when cranking what is that problem please

I'm going to hazard a guess your starter motor is spinning, but the pinion gear is not engaging. Could be a bad solenoid. Try giving it a light whack with a rubber mallet, sometimes they get stuck. (the solenoid is the hump on the side of the starter motor.) You should also double-check the wiring to the solenoid.
