Key problem

charger 2008. when I move the fob to start, nothing happens for a couple of seconds, then
I move the fob inside the starter switch and it starts. I have chenged the fob battery but no
effect. Please advise if it is leading to another problem like starter servicing etc.

If it starts once you wiggle the key in the switch, then the switch needs to be replaced.
