Just bought it-5 days later the windshield wipers are stuck on/turn signals won't work. Took it to the certified shop and they replaced wiper & multi purpose signal switch. Started doing it again?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is this a wiring problem?  The mechanic was a little red in the face after they told me it was fixed and we
didn't even get it out of the service garage.

Hmmm, the wipers do turn off when the ignition is off. So you think it is in the steering column. Thanks
