Toyota Corolla starting

Asked by Guru9T53V5 Mar 16, 2021 at 11:55 AM about the 2009 Toyota Corolla Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 toyota corolla over 100,00 miles and just recently I turn the key
and it hesitates but then it starts. Other times it starts right away. I got a new
battery,  Autozone checked the started and alternator and said it was fine, even
my battery but I still got a new one. it so strange, it always starts but almost has
to build up to it. Once it runs, it runs perfect...thoughts?

May be starter problem. Alternator just there to recharge and reamp the battery as your car runs on the road with all those auxiliary running .
