Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My husband was changing the alternator on my Toyota on my car and still
connected to the battery and it touch grounded metal to the live line.  The
problem I am having now is that the power steering, lights, windows, horn,
and stereo won't work. What Fuse makes that work? If not a fuse is it the
computer?

But If you start the car the engine will run, hazard lights work, high beams work, some lights on the dash. That's about it.
