Is it the battery??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn left the car shuts down the ABS light
comes on in dashboard radio shuts off steering
wheel gets hard to turn and then it turns back on
and runs fine until I make a left turn again? Is it the
battery?

Would not hurt to get the battery load tested although this issue may be a wheel sensor on the offending turn side. Would get the obd scanned to see what comes up. Hopefully it;s just a wheel sensor but as always could be something else related to the steering assist Good Luck!
