Overdrive on/off. Kick it out of O/D if you are going up a very steep grade and let the engine rev a little higher. It's easier on your engine and transmission, otherwise, normal everyday driving leave it 'on'

Sometimes when I am say, coming off the freeway at 70 and hit the off ramp, I will kick it out of O/D to use the engine to help slow down. Saves brake pads.
