Key was left in a 2009 Corolla which ran the battery down. Battery was replaced because
of age. New battery worked fine for four days. Then car wouldn't start. Completely dead.
Battery was checked by AAA. Ranger said it was fine. No power to anything expect red
flashing light on security system. I even tried jumping it. Any suggestions?

work your key in all locks ,hit the remote button , and make sure the remote has a good battery, try another key if you have one also

try to disable the security system and then try to srart the car
Do you know how to disable the security system?
Also make sure to check the battery connections. Sometimes if they aren't tightened down enough, they can wiggle loose
uncle frank says disable the security system, not without being a droid geek with a bag of equipment and tools, thats why its security manufactures do better than let you just pull a fuse and steal a car. told ya unhook the bat neg for 10 min, connect and work all locks, let key in ignition 10 min. while turned on. beat on the hood, try everything, no luck, then the chip in key just aint connecting the close range signal to the body control module .maybe a bad ing. switch. .
Shut doors lock and then unlock if battery is dead when first tried to crank car security never registered th unlock from key fob
