Question type: Car Customization

To whom it may concern, so i was on your
website and found what i wanted and wrote
to them of how much of the down payment i
had which was like $1700 and possibly be
able to even do $2000 but i might need a lil
more time to come up with the rest, so the
dealer calls me tells to come in and look into
it see what they can do for me cause i had,
had a really bad experience with another
dealer and had to return the vehicle with no
explanation, so i go to autosmart in azusa,
where they have me fill out an application i
really don't understand how these car
dealers work however they denied me at
first and tried to put me in a more expensive
car that was not what i liked at all which
didn't make sense to me anyway long story
short we went  back and forth negotiated
price it was for a 2008 Chrysler 300, so i was
fortunate enough to get approved for the car
but they needed a day or 2 to pull some
strings next day went to sign agreements
however they had said $2500 was the
lowest they can go we went back and forth
again and advised i would try but that i
couldn't make any promises but i knew i
would be able to do the $2000 for sure but
the other $500 was not possible but i would
try. So i did pay them their $2000 ana and i
were communicating and i was stressing to
her that i just couldn't get the rest but i kept
telling them i would try and i would always
keep her updated and she was agreeing,
before you know it a few days later a few
cars show up hitch up my car they do come
to my door identity themselves and said they
were picking it up for defaulting on the down
payment not even a car note yet, well the
next day u call ana and she explained the
same thing to me we both agreed that we
had been communicating with each other
and it was out of her hands and i needed to
speak to a joe and that he would explain
what i needed to do to get my car back or
not, so i told her she could have told me they
were coming for it or something anyway she
said i probably would not get my money
back cause they were calling it a repo. With
no warning, until this day i have been calling
her and leaving her messages and until this
day i don't know anything about my car still
no letters or calls from Jo, so at this point
I'm really want to sue cargus for
recommending me to them and autosmart
for taking my car and my money, please
advise what i should do?

Bla bla bla. One must read the terms of service for any site that advertises cars. You obviously did not.
