why is my car battery going flat after 4 days without use + new battery

i replaced my battery and the car is still going flat after 4 days without use is this something to do with the delay power off ?

I have just had the alternator replaced 1 month ago and no lights on the dash . I was going to look at the delay power off service as it is powered up for 1 hour after key is taken out it can be adjusted Thanks
