The topic of the sliding door on the Odyssey has been talked about for a decade or more. There is plenty of help online on Honda Odyessy forums and youtube videos. I would search online to get an idea on what you need to repair. I am not sure you can do it just manually, but at least get it working again. No need for me to search and type it out for you here when you can find what you need easily in other spots.
