WHERE DOES THE BATTERY LOCATED ON A GL450?

UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT AT FRONT SEAT

There are at least two batteries. Large one is under the front passenger seat. This true for most model years. Small one (auxiliary battery) is either next to the large one OR in the trunk, on the very right side under the cover.

Depends on your VIN apparently: Mine (2017 GLS450) is in RHS of spare tire compartment. Some will be over driver side rear wheel well, and its 4 hrs of labor to remove rear seats to gain access. Some will be under front passenger seat -- mine required E14 Torq socket to remove to discover it was not there - some sites online said E10.
