2008 Mercedes Benz ML320 has the "check engine" light, how to solve or repair it? Thanks

It (computer) has to scanned for codes, but I would check oil and all fluid levels before driving and get it scanned at auto parts places.

Air flow meter needs to be checked, disconnect battery for 15 mins , this can reset ecu . You will need a simple reset tool , cheap enough to buy , 20$
