Top won't let down

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought a 2008 clk 350 from auction airbag
deployed... It says top in operation but the
windows or top doesn't come down.. i hear it
unlock but nothing happens.. if I press close it
make a noise like something shutting... I need help
anybody know anything

You need to go through the entire top system which is complicated. I would start buy getting a wiring diagram of the top system.

Read the owners manual. Look for a download on the net if you don't have one.
