Truck gets loud at 1500 rpms only in all gears forward and reverse

The truck seems to get loud from
transmission area around 1500 rpms goin
down the road, not from reving it up the
transmission is brand new just started
driving it. And it seems to lack the power it
use to have. What could be the problem?

who installed the tranny ? when we talk " new " I think we're talking rebuilt , hopefully it's a break in thing and will go away but if it's lacking power then there may be a problem , with the tranny out the rear seal of the motor should be replaced and a new (rebuilt) torque converter used
