HVAC 2008 Dodge Ram

The cabin motor under the dash blows at all settings, however, I am unable to
direct the air to any of the three locations, defrost, cabin or floor using the
control unit. The air does not redirect as I turn the control knob.

Try checking your mode door and/or your mode door actuator.

I was able to locate the problem myself by removing the blower motor and reaching up into the plenum. I discovered the blend control panel had broken off from its attachments and was resting on top of the blower inlet blocking the airflow.
