AC / Heating issue not working?

I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At first the I put the car's AC on only hot
air blew out of the vents. Well yesterday I tried putting on the heat and only
cold air is blowing out even with the warmed up engine. Any thoughts as to
what's causing this issue?
