Missing after warm up

I have a 2008 dodge Dakota that has the v6
3.7,when you first start runs great but after it
warms up you shut off and restart it starts
missing,if you leave it sit for an hour or so it
runs great again.I have replaced the coil pack
on that cylinder and it does the same thing.
Could it b a bad fuel injector
