2008 silverado brake lights wont turn off

Ok, so when the ignition is on my brake
lights stay on. First I checked the fuses  
and relay to make sure that wasn't the
problem( everything was good). Then I
checked my brake pressure switch. I
unplugged the switch and the lights stayed
on(this is when I got confused ). Do After I
unplugged the brake pressure switch I
decided to check the turn signal switch. I
unplugged the plugs for the turn and
hazards, and left them unplugged..... still
the lights stay on.
What could it possibly be?

  • Problem with my 08 chevy silverado, lights will suddenly flicker and locks will unlock, and truck will turn off. 1 Answer

    The trucks just started to do this, while driving the lights will flicker when pressing on the brake. The locks will unlock and lock by themselves and the truck turns off.
