I have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab and the
only power window that works at all on a regular
basis is the drivers side. Any ideas as to what the
problem may be?

Check the connections on the other doors plastic molding. Check fuses on side of driver door. And then it can also be window regulator. The motor what pushes and pulls your window up and down
