Where is the fuel filter on a 08 grand caravan w/4.0? Parts house doesn't list one.

the fuel filter is located at rear above gas tank,or at rear bumper,mounted under it.eather is easy to get to.all vehicles have fuel filters,whoever told you it dont list one,dont know their job.stay away from auto zone-advance auto.

According to my computer here at work, the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly. That doesn't suprise me, Chrysler does that with alot of their newer vehicles.

I know the difference between the two. And generally, the filter would be where you posted, on the older models. If you were to crawl under my 96 grand caravan, you would find it. However, as I mentioned, these newer chryslers have the filter integrated with the pump. Honda also took up this practice, making regular vehicle maintenance more expensive than needed. Search the pump online.

I have a 2004 dodge caravan sxt 3.3 liter and I dropped my gas tank and didn't find the old fuel pump filter. now the store gave me one with the three lines on it but I didn't see where it went on the gas tank. now people are telling me that its part of the fuel pump......where is it?

The 08 dodge grand caravan does not have a fuel filter. The filter is part of the fuel pump assembly. I have called around to every auto part place and that is what i was told.
