Had the van since 2008. I think I finally found the answer to my problem .
Bought a bore scope and found pitting in the cylinders. It's got a lifetime power
train warranty. Cant wait to see them talk this away.

Right on! Not sure that is pitting or damage due to something bouncing around in the cylinder.
