There are dealers that do not ansewer questions and do not respond via emails. What good it it to use your service if they won't respond? Certainly makes CarGurus bad let alone the dealer . We sent two independent requests and got no replys

As a former dealer, I will tell you of my experience with email responses on Car Gurus. Whenever an email would come in to my office from a customer, someone would respond immediately. We got no response, EVER. So, the next day, we sent another email. Nothing. After three responses, we dropped all efforts to contact. We don't know if this site forwards emails promptly or not. Don't be surprised if you NEVER hear from them; they may have very well responded but you didn't receive the answer.

Thanks for advice too bad I never checked one of your ads . There was another answer prior to yours that stated they don't have that car . I called the dealer asking for that person they said they were busy and would call me back in ten minutes .. Guess what ? their site still has car and they never called back!!!! Best of luck at whatever you are now doing , unlike others you have come across when I get a reply for further information I thank them
