Starting Issues
1 Answer
With intermittent issues, you have to do the testing when problem is ongoing. If you take it to the shop and the vehicle is working fine, they're probably not going to find anything. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. Check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. When the problem is ongoing, if your saying the starter motor won't crank the engine, then check the starter motor voltage and ground circuits. Any testing at starter motor make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
