Bmw won’t start

My BMW will not start. It does a fast two clicks
and stops. Then battery goes dead. The tow guy
said the battery was good when he tested it.  The
lights come on it just will not turn over at all

Sounds like a weak battery. Try charging it or a jump start. You should also have it load tested.
