Just got an oil change and yellow oil light comes on and sensor says +1.0 L . What does it mean ? Do I add oil ?

I know I have a leak on the oil pan but it has
never caused the light to come on. And the
light came on a day after my oil change .

Pep boys said they cant check bc they don’t have the equipment to and my car doesn’t have a dip stick
