All dash lights came on Toyota Tundra what can be wrong ?

I had same problem. It was caused by a leaky radiator, which Toyota replaced under warranty at about 75000 miles. Something to do with the computer which became confused by the leak which caused various escaping steam and weird coolant pressures.,
