New battery and terminals, starter was tested and works fine, but car will not start.
The headlights and tail lights do not work nor does the radio. The only thing that turns on when the ignition switch is turned to the "on" position are the dash lights. I have tried starting the car in neutral and then again in park still nothing. I used a multimeter to make sure that there is power to the starter and solenoid and there is. I also checked all the fuses in the car to see if that was the problem and they all checked out. Not sure what else to look at.
