Driver side and front left vent not working properly
Asked by TLeeSC May 10, 2017 at 08:29 PM about the 2009 Toyota Camry LE
Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2009 Toyota Camry. While using the AC
full blast, I noticed my driver side vent and front
left vent blow warm air while the passenger vent
and front right vent blow very cold air. I changed
the cabin filter as a result which was very dirty.
Same situation with the vents but I did feel how
the AC is even colder now-just not out of all four
vents. Please any suggestions. Its as if the car has
dual temperature controls.

Is the AC Indicator Light Flashing when the AC is turned on? Sounds like one or more of the ...electric actuators have failed. See if there is an auto parts store that will read computer codes for free. Get back to us with any result.
Reach under the dash and see if you can feel the 2 actuators on the LEFT side moving when you operate the AC Controls.
On those cars when the refrigerant gets low it will blow warm out the left side check your low pressure on the AC it's most likely reading around 22 to 24 with it running it should be reading around 35 on the low side engine idling on high fan you just need to add probably a half of a can of freon and that will correct your problem just done one on an 09 doing the same thing you're talking about

Just need more frion is all the problem!
fire come only on my 2 coil and the orther two coils fire dont come top so my car cant start
Seems you have a vehicle that cranks over but will not start? Make Model year?.
Joseph's answer is a temporary fix. If you are missing refrigerant in your system it would be better to find the source of the leak.
