Camry 2009 XLE alarm goes off after parking the car and moving out

Recently, I am seeing the alarm of my car keeps going off after some time of
parking. Then I have to switch on the car lock/unlock several times to stablize it.  
Again, when I go somewhere and park my car, I lock my car with keyfob and go
somewhere, the alarm goes off after around 15 mins and I have to
unlock/start/off it to stablize it. What could be the issue ? Any suggestion ?

Can you give any idea about the repair that was done ? was there any part replacement ? I suspect something same, because when I locked the car from the door handle button, it didn't beep, but usually I lock it with keyfob and it definitely alarms? Still, my issue could be different, can you give an estimate about your repair? any part replacement and how much did it cost to you ?
