2008 ford f-250 rides rough compared to 2000 f-350 we previously had.

On slightly rough roads, the newer truck throws you around and rides rough. Any insight as to why this may be?

that is the diff between coil springs and leaf springs. and the fact ur leaf springs r prob broke in a lot more so they arent guna b as stiff

that's a comon problem for alot of new trucks. the other thing is they put heavier duty springs to increase the towing compasity of the 2008 models and then on top of that the 2008 modles are heavier than the earlier trucks, just look under the hood and you can see why, haha.
