the service indicator in your car is a crude kitchen timer basically. when you have your car in for its regular maintenance at the dealership, part of the service is resetting this "timer." It goes off every year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. If you service your car regularly you will have nothing to worry about, but if not you should at least change the oil. And to turn the service light off you will have to take it back to the dealership...

The wrench shows up when I turn my car on and then it say inspection

Vw cars have 2 reminders one for service and one for inspection. This can be time based or milage based or some later models the cars ecu calculates based on the driving conditions or style. Service interval milage is 10000 miles so if your lights on for service change the oil and filter.
