2008 Chevy 2500 crewcab 4X4 Doesnt seem like it has very much Torque

I have a Travel trailor that I pull around on holidays that weighs about 7500 punds and my truck struggles with it. When I pull it it has to run in 5th gear and about 3500 rpm just to stay at 60 mph. So I thought I would try a little trick. I tried to do a power break burnout just to see what would happen. When I did the motor just bogged down. It just seems like its missing a lot of Torque. What do you all think?

DK, Depending on your transmission's mileage, you may need to have your transmission serviced. shift points may need to be reviewed.

Well I had it serviced last year. They sucked all of the old fluids out and told me that they felt like the Torque converter was slipping a little but it shouldn't be a big deal. The truck has about 160,000 miles on it.
