I think what brand of tire you choose is less important than keeping the tires from exposure to direct sunlight and having them off the ground, not allowing the weight of the vehicle on the tire for extended periods of time.

If your car set for long periods of time thy will get flat spots on them. And maybe brake the belts so put your car on jack stands.

The best way to store the car is to put it up on jack stands and cover the tires with trash bags, so they won't dry out as fast. This will also keep your wheels clean. The next important thing you need to do is have a close friend, start it AT LEAST once a month, and let the engine warm up completely then put it in gear at idle for a few minutes, letting the wheels spin in the air. Lots of internal components need to be moved on at least a monthly basis to keep important fluids from going bad, and to keep transmission and differential parts properly oiled. Yes auto fluids will spoil, especially anti-freeze. Before storing it, put a can of Sea Foam in the tank and TOP IT OFF. Less air in the tank means less evaporation causing the gas to sour.
