Please help! I am on my third set of tires and I only have 57,000 miles on my sequoia this can not be normal, how many miles do you get?

Right know I have hankook ventus as 275/65 18. The two front tire are wearing the side and are choppy I went to the dealer and was told defect with tires. I put the knew one on jan 3rd. And only reached 4,000 miles However this is the third set of tires, the other only last me 25,000.
