Service Stabilitrak, service traction control

I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 4.8l. I was driving down
the road and service stabilitrak and traction control
lights came on. Check engine light says I have a
misfire on cyl 1. I had a bad knocking noise. I took
the valve cover off and I had a broken valve spring,
I then replaced it and put it back together. The
knock was gone. But I still have a misfire on 1 and
stability and traction control light turn of then on
while driving

I would to know odid u fix all of the with the Vale spring
