2008 GMC sierra 1500 Electrical problem

My son has a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 that the driver
side windows will not roll up, when you press the
brake the cluster lights cut off and radio brightens.  
Also driver side brake light will not come on.  Have
replaced door switch panel, checked all door
wiring,  cleaned all ground points, replaced battery,  
cleaned positive cables, cleaned 175 amp main
fuse connections.  Help!!
