I have listed my car on your site but i cant list my VIN for my car because a dealer on your site already has it listed as if it is his??

Question type: General

You have a dealer lying about the cars he has for sale and then when you call he says "oh, sorry but that car is sold". He is actually listing the car in my garage as if its still in his inventory for sale and I can't list mine properly. I called and asked him to remove it but he has not.  Please help.

At the bottom of the page there is a "contact us" tab. Work you way through that to report this to CarCurus. Scammers are on all the car websites trying to get someone to wire funds on a fake car. I always make the seller show me the title along with their drivers license (checking addresses). And, request a specific picture of the car that is not shown. If they are a fraudulent seller, they will have a bundle of excuses, ignore you or, tell you car has been sold.
