How do you do a relearn for the idle speed after
changing out electronic throttle body on a 2009
Dodge journey help plz

You can try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes to see if you can force pcm to reset. I don't like disconnecting the battery, I found this info in a Chrysler performance tech manual for etc/electronic throttle control. The only other way I know, is to use a scanner tool to reset.

Try removing the positive battery terminal for 10-15 minutes, it maybe it works. The only thing is that you will most probably have to reset radio tuning and clock. Like the above answer says, the only other way is to use the scanner.
