Cooling issues with 09 dodge journey

I have this issue where I can drive my car a
few miles and the cooling fan goes nuts and
my electrical symbol lights up.  I've changed
my fan and radiator.  My temp sensor.  My
thermostat and it still does it.  My water
pump blows a great stream when the engine
is started.  What gives?

My alternator is new as is my battery. I'm about as fluent in mechanic as I am in Swahili so this is all a learning curve to me
